All our hot tubs include free standard delivery and installation.
This includes a site survey, filling your hot tub and showing you how to use it.
If a crane is required then this will be an extra cost - we'll discuss this with you at the site survey.
The closer to the back door the better! We find that the shorter the distance to your hot tub is the more you’ll use it, especially in winter.
Your hot tub needs to be placed on a flat, firm surface. Usually a concrete pad, reinforced decking or patio. Wherever you place your hot tub will need to support its weight when filled (usually 1000-2000kg).
You’ll also need an electrical supply. If you don’t already have one installed then it’s worth talking to your electrician before deciding on a final position.
All our hot tubs include a thermal cover, cover lifter, step, chemical starter pack, delivery, installation and commissioning as standard (excludes Special Buy deals). This is everything you need to get started.
Beware that many hot tub retailers don’t include these items as standard so it’s important to double check that the price you’re given includes all these.
You’ll also need to make sure you have a solid base to put your hot tub on (usually concrete, patio or reinforced decking) and have a suitable electrical socket installed in your garden.
A very small proportion of our customers need to use a crane to get the hot tub into their garden. Where required this would incur an additional cost.
Before your hot tub is delivered you’ll need to have an electrical supply installed.
You’ll also need to make sure you have a firm, flat surface to put it on. Usually this is a concrete pad, reinforced decking or patio. Wherever you place your hot tub will need to support its weight when filled (usually 1000-2000kg).
Our 32A hot tubs require a dedicated 32 Amp power supply, with an RCD circuit breaker and an isolator switch. We’ll provide full details of this when we contact you to book in a site survey and delivery date.

We recommend most customers change their water every 3 months.

Untreated warm water in a hot tub can be a breeding ground for all sorts of bacteria.
However, when properly treated with chlorine, bromine or another sanitiser your hot tub water will remain clear and is completely safe.
When we install your hot tub we’ll tell you exactly what you need to do in order to safely maintain your hot tub and answer any questions you have.
How much it costs to run your hot tub will depend on a number of things:
- The outside temperature
- How windy it is
- How often you use it
- How much you pay for electricity
- The insulation in your hot tub
As well as electric costs, you’ll also need to purchase chemicals to keep your hot tub water clean and safe to use.
With current fluctutations in energy prices its very hard to give a fixed price, however ensuring the best of the above will keep it as low as possible.
